In June 2022, DENIVA launched her 5-year Strategic Plan (2022-2026) with a tagline #DeeplyRooted. The strategic plan is implemented through yearly work plans in different projects.
As the organization implements its Strategic Plan, there arose a need to constantly review and adjust its strategic direction to ensure the organization is relevant to its clientele and for the organization to meet the ever-changing realities of the operating environment. This is being discussed during is a 2-day workshop at K Hotels in Entebbe from November 17th, to November 18th, 2023.
