Fredrick Olinga​

Mr. Fredrick Olinga is the Coordinator, Civil Society Organisations Strengthening and Membership Engagement of Development Network of Indigenous Voluntary Associations (DENIVA). He is a community development expert with more than six years strengthening the capacity of civil society Organisations in Uganda. He has supported capacity building intervention of more than 150 Civil Society Organisations in Uganda. His work has also extended to other countries in Eastern Africa. For the past five years, Fredrick has spearheaded Quality Assurance Certification Mechanisms (QuAM) in Uganda as the National QuAM Coordinator.

Fredrick is professional with over Six (6) years of Global, Regional and National experience as a development practitioner in civil society and donor agency. He has experience and expertise in Organisational Development (OD), community development, monitoring and evaluation, project planning and management, resource mobilization, strategic planning and development, communication, among others.

Fredrick holds a Masters in Management Studies (MMS) Majoring in Monitoring and Evaluation, Uganda Management Institute, Uganda, a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, Uganda Management Institute, Uganda and Bachelor’s degree in Records and Archives Management, Makerere University, Uganda. He also holds a Certificate in Transformation of Training (ToT), Humanitarian Leadership Academy, London, Certificate in Facilitating Organisational Development processes, MS- Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MT-TCDC), Tanzania, Certificate in Project Planning and Management, MS- Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MT-TCDC) Tanzania and Certificate in Governance Principles and Community Development, MS- Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MT-TCDC), Tanzania.
