The DENIVA, Executive Director Sophie Kange facilitated a training session for for Youth Civil Society Academy organized by Youth Advocacy and Network Uganda (YADNET) in Masanafu Lusaze.
The training targeted 10 youth leaders who are being trained in smart Advocacy. For effective smart advocacy, organizations need to have systems, policies, and acceptable practices.
Sophie presented QuAM initiative and how important it is in enhancing organization health for successful advocacy. DENIVA is committed to supporting organizations through the QuAM process and the emerging capacity development needs that are critical in guaranteeing organizational legit9macty, credibility and trust.
